The Website is meant to enable professionals in SEB and its affiliates´ home markets to meet, share experience and learn from each other. The SEB customer support functions operate as usual for questions pertaining to individual client companies and SEB-related transactions.
The Website is provided by SEB for information purposes only. In particular, the information provided does not constitute investment advice or an offer by SEB to provide any service or product described herein, or an offer or a solicitation of an offer to buy or sell any securities, investment products or any other product.
Products and services described herein are not available to all persons in all geographical locations. SEB will not provide any such products or services to any person if in the view of the SEB (without SEB having an obligation to verify this) the provision of such services could be in violation of law or regulation sin such person’s home country jurisdiction or any other related jurisdiction.

Members of the Website shall retain ownership of all copyright in data submitted to the Website. Members grant the community a world-wide, royalty-free, non-terminable licence to use, copy, distribute, such data in any manner with the mention of the author.
Members active in discussion forums, chat rooms, debates and similar on the Website must only submit materials to which they hold the copyright or material where they have in some way obtained this right. A member who submits material is deemed, as and when the materials is submitted, to consent to SEB’s storing, disseminating and publishing the materials, electronically or otherwise.

Trademarks and distinctive marks owned by SEB, or other companies in the group, must not be used without the owner’s expressed consent. It is not permitted to use SEB’s trademarks/distinctive marks or name so that a ”false” hit is made in a search engine, e.g. in meta-tags or other hidden text.

Membership, user name and password

Membership is issued by the administrators of the site. SEB reserves the discretionary right to issue and retract membership.

On registering with SEB, members are issued with a user name and password which must be used in order to access certain restricted parts of the Website. The user name and password are personal and not transferable.

Member name and password are the methods used by us to identify members and are very important. Members are responsible for all information posted on the Website by anyone using a particular user id name and password. Any breach of security of a user name and password should be notified to the web administrator immediately.
Members may not adapt or circumvent the systems in place in connection with the Website nor access the Website other than through normal operations.


Data submitted by members

The member warrant that it have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure that any data uploaded or otherwise submitted to the Website is free from viruses and anything else which may have a contaminating or destructive effect on any part of the Website or any other technology.

If the member submit data for display on the Website the member is responsible for ensuring that no data is uploaded or submitted which is untrue, defamatory, obscene or abusive or otherwise objectionable or in breach of any applicable laws or rights of third parties and in particular a post may not:

2. include political, racial or religious propaganda;

7. be written in languages other than English.


Privacy policy

The Website does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or share any personal information collected at our site. This policy includes email addresses of the members.

This website sends harmless internet cookies to your computer to keep track of your visits, collects site statistics and remembers your member information to save you from relogging in.

Most of the site content (including many posts in the forums, user profiles etc.) are open to page visitors, including search engines. Members shouldn't share personal information in their profiles or posts which they don't want to publish on the internet. SEB holds no control over search engine results when such information is submitted to the site by members.

The Website server may collect and log IP addresses, browser information, cookie information, user actions performed on the website to provide a better service and improve the value of the material available on website. These web logs are not sold or shared with third parties.

Most of the information on this website is kept in a database which contains posts, registration info, survey/poll results, private messages, logged IPs etc. All this information contained within the database belongs to the administrator of The Website and it can be accessible by site administration whenever it is required.

This website keeps the email address of its members hidden, unless members reveals it themselves with opt-in selections. Member email addresses can be accessible to third parties if the address is posted inside a forum or emailed to another member.

Miscellaneous

If any provisions of the terms and conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of the terms and conditions will remain in force.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with Swedish law. Swedish courts have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute in connection with these terms and conditions.
