Ukraine has signed Double Taxation Treaty with Mexico

On January 23rd, 2012 Ukraine signed a Double Taxation Treaty (hereinafter - Treaty) with the United Mexican States.
The Treaty is supposed to give a new push towards Ukrainian-Mexican commercial, economic and investment collaboration.

Are there any bench members from Macedonia who has information about if it will be sign double taxation treaty between Macedonia and Norway / other non EU countries? For non-EU countries who are affected by the agreement, is there a good way to deal with this "obstacle"?
