Hi,

I should appreciate if someone could verify that the following:

1- The maximum advance payment in foreign currency that can be transferred out from Angola is 20%, nothwithstanding that such advance payment is made as part of a Letter of Credit.

2- Payment of local services in foreign currency is not allowed to be made through a Letter of Credit.
