    First post!

It's already 19:30 here in Melbourne and we've had a great afternoon with about 25C. Tomorrow is going to be even better with around 30C so we've booked the BBQ for dinner. Always a great way to spend a Saturday night!

Im am putting my MacBook Pro to sleep now - time to hop on a tram to Chapel Street to watch tonights game of International Rules Football (it's not soccer) between Australia and Ireland!

I hope you all have a great weekend!

Well, my parents are visiting from Göteborg so I'm pretty much "stuck" with them. I will also assemble an IKEA table but mostly I will spend time with Olle, my 3-month old son.

I'm heading towards my roots in Jönköping, Sweden to celebrate my fathers 85th birthday. Then heading west to the coast of Sweden where I'll spend next week with my kids. (School holiday)

    Like the sound of it!

Ready to leave the office and head North to my summerhouse in Bohuslän. It'll be a rainy weekend so looking forward to open fire, steak tartar/råbiff with red wine and Season 2 of "Brothers and Sisters" that Amazon just delivered.

I'm having a quiet friday at my desk. Writing a report from my visit in Skopje, Macedonia. Then I give a Spinning class before a nice family dinner at home.

Tomorrow to the gym in the morning, then catching the afternoon flight to London and continuing to Jo-Burg and Gabarone, Botswana where I'm landing on Sunday morning.

While preparing for a week-long seminar there, I'll probably be looking for some famous female detectives. They sometimes have tea at the hotel where I'm staying...at least that's what I've been told. ;-)

My weekend will be dedicated to clean the apartment since we're in the process of selling it. So tonight I'll be relaxing in front of the TV with a glass of wine, mentally preparing myself for cleaning on Saturday and Sunday....it's a dirty job but somebody's got to do it :0)

    I found this about Petanque:
Pétanque - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Is there a difference between this game and "Boule"?

Have a nice weekend - let's talk when you get back!

Sat all day at Exportfinance seminar so after a healthy training session at the gym and hopefully not falling asleep before my husband comes back late at night from England, we shall have a half house-hold weekend (foodshopping) and half a dinner with friends in a lovely French-inspired restaurant Bagatelle in Oslo

    Bon weekend a tous!

    Friday again!

My weekend is filled with boring administrative work so let's not talk about that. My fiancee is travelling to northern Sweden so I've got a few nights on my own. Planning a nice dinner with friends tomorrow night. It's supposed to be really warm this weekend in Stockholm - 18C (comparatively).

Tonight I'll put my teeth into this: chilirecept
(recipe in Swedish - use Google Translate to English)

It's one hell of a Chili recipe and will leave you full and satisfied!

I had to wait for 20 minutes to get into the lunch restaurant today - sun in Stockholm means that every place with outside seating fills up to 100% in a few minutes

I hope your lunch tasted well after 20 minutes in queue

Tonight we are having friends over for Taco dinner. I should have planed for a BBQ instead since the weather is sunny and warm in Gothenburg.

Tomorrow me and my ten year old son will go to Halmstad. He will participate in a chess tournament with 6 of his classmates.

    Have a nice weekend

    Cecilia

In one hour I'm off to a relaxing weekend in Bohuslän. Look forward to 20 degrees and hopefully some boating. Unbeatable feeling to be alone at sea.

My wifes PC broke down earlier this week so she had to buy a new one, well it turned out that she bought a Mac, nice huh?!
I think I will do the same (almost) as Lars M - have a beer on the porch while studying my wife getting absorbed by all the nice things that a Mac obviously can do to a persons well being
    Have a wonderful weekend :-)

It's Friday again and sun is shining over a beautiful Bromma.
I'm preparing a lecture for tomorrow on 'How to keep voluntary spirits hig in a non-profit organisation'. Tomorrow I will probably also mow the lawn for the first time this season!
